why your shipment is late

and how to track your orders is with the courier receipt which will be send to you by whatsapp or email or phone msg. Most of our orders are delivered on time. However, occasionally orders may be delivered after the estimated delivery date. Here are some of the possible reasons for late delivery:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or house number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Festival
  • Product out of stock
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Local or regional contingencies

If your order is delayed –

  1. Check the estimated delivery date of your Order check tracking code which we send you on your whatsapp. We update the status if there is a change in the estimated delivery date.
  2. Check shipping address in Your Orders. Keep your address up-to-date and add delivery instructions to Your Addresses.
  3. Check if the payment was successfully processed in Your Orders.
  4. Wait for 48 hours after estimated delivery date for any unexpected delays. We notify customers if there is delay in delivery.
  5. Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable, if the address is not complete or absence of the person receiving package.
